It has to be a crime that carries a minimum 12-month sentence in order for an EAW to be issued.

    You should be safe. ;)

smd klitlicker, Chisora and Haye are pure entertainment and true thugs. That's what boxing should be about. It's a primitive sport anyway, no need for humble mofos who bore the **** out of boxing fans.

Damn Haye said he wanted to be in the movies, now they can make The Fugitive 2. They can get Bernd Boente to play Tommy Lee Jones character.

    Haye and Chisora are doomed.
Threatening to kill somebody "i am going to shoot him,i am pysically going to burn him" is a very serious offence.
Intent to cause GBH is as serious as the offence itself,Haye had a bottle in his hand when the punch landed.
Reasonable self defence does not mean you can punch/bottle somebody because they are walking towards you in a threatening manner. You have the option to walk/run away which is how any court will look at the matter.
There were innocent bystanders caught up in the brawl, who could also have been injured.
Add to this the fact that the worlds media and others were watching, and the seriousness multiplies, they are in the public eye and should behave in a certain way, irespective of there chosen profession.
If this incident happened in a bar, between two members of the public out for a drink,Haye would have been arrested and kept in custody untill the courts opened on the Monday morning.
Chisora may have instigated the whole affair, and he's guilty of making threats to kill, but unless he physically attacked Haye or attempted to,Haye has zero defence.
I hope the pair of them get jailed.

bull**** if it happened in a pub everyone would eventually split up and go their seperate ways, ive seen two freinds bottled with no arrests, ive seen people threaten to kill people in front of police officers on a night out without arrest
