Of course not now, but the hype after Haye knocks out these 3 guys would be really huge. ...... He might even apply for US passport one day which I guess automatically give him at least 3 credits on the ATG list
I have both Kilts in the 20-30 range, in all honesty. In terms of pure natural ability, I think Wlad is a top 10 type talent. However, with his KO losses and suspect chin--not to mention his lack of a truly signature win (had he fought and defeated Lennox we'd have something there), I cannot rank him much higher. Perhaps I could be persuaded to put him in at just below 20, but I cannot in all fairness move him much lower.
Langford is my P4P #1, but he hasn't got a hope in hell of ranking above Lewis in HW rankings. Lewis is far too low, easily top 8 or 9. Dempsey is too high for me, not top 5 material. Johnson isn't top 3 material, Tyson doesn't crack my top 10, and you have forgotten Harry Wills.
I really hope you aren't talking about p4p ATG...I'm going to assume your not, because nobody is that stupid.
Good post. To be fair, you could put most of these names in a hat, draw them out at random and rank them in the position they where drawn and then make a compelling case for where they are placed. The point is they are all great fighters who David Haye is nowhere near.
Hell no! He'd be the best since LL! And that is saying something. But LL isn't anywhere Near the top 5 ATG brah so with David competing in this era of HW's, which isn't considered rich with an abundance of talent..won't somehow place him in front of legit top 5 ATG guys.
Its funny how people have Rocky Marciano so high, Haye would starch that bum inside a round. If he wasn't a white American he wouldn't even be top 100
Marciano won 49 (KO 43) + lost 0 (KO 0) + drawn 0 = 49 The Ring Magazine Fighter of the Year for 1952, 1954, & 1955.
Is this some kind of a sick joke? What exactly motivates people to make threads like these? Serious question, do you actually know what ATG stands for?
