who will more likely be the one who can win on points? ive only seen barrett v klit and about a dozen haye fights. IMO it WONT go the distance, but if it did who do you think would win?

Barrett. Can Haye even fight beyond the fifth round?

stamina wise i agree, hayes stamina has been doubted. but skill wise is it not a 50/50?

Did you see Haye v Fragomeni? Haye went 9 hard rounds against a busy pressure fighter and didn't gas, he also went 7 against Mormeck and 8 against Johansen and KOed them both too.

Hayes stamina issues are from the early part of his career, basically because he use to punch himself out, he did this in his only loss against Thompson,
since he has slowed things down, he paces himself and he seems to train a little harder too, i dont think he has great stamina, but he can go 12 rounds, and anyway this is a 10 round fight, so if it somehow went the distance i dont think he'd have a problem.

The only time Haye went 12 rounds, was when he did it deliberately to prove / to check that he could do it. He got roundly criticised for it, because he had to hang back so much from his usual aggressiveness, in order not to knock the guy out and end it early. He did it just before he was going to fight for the world title, checking that box to be sure before the big fight. He has the stamina; it's just hard for his opponents to last against his power.

I think Barrett won't manage it.

dont forget everyone, david haye was a very good amatuer boxer (i think he won silver in the world championships or another big tournament). he can box but has the ability to bang aswell!!

If this fight goes the distance today, and even if Haye wins decisively on points it's going to be bad for Haye. If it goes to the cards I'd pick Haye by UD but he might as well lay down on the canvas if it looks like it's going to the final bell. Forget points Haye needs to win in emphatic fashion tonight.

I'd go with Haye. I wouldn't be surprised to see this fight go to the cards tbh.
