You obviously don't know how BUYING houses work. . . If he has a mortgage, you can't really count that towards your net worth, because you still have not paid off your amount basis in the house. . . Whatever he sells it for, he will subtract that amount (amount realized) from his AB (amount basis - what he mortgaged it for, INCLUDING INTEREST IN THE MORTGAGE) = G/L (gain, or loss). . . So lets say he has a 800k house (what's that, like 500k pounds?) But lets say he only put 100k pounds down on it, and still is paying off the other 400k. . . OR, for argument's sake, lets say he paid for his house out the door (which isn't always the best thing to do) for 800k pounds. . Well, now he can add that to his "current" net worth. BUT HOW MUCH do you think he has leftover in the bank? Dude, Chisora has NOT MADE much more than a million dollars in his boxing career. . .

I'm just going by what I heard he was paid for the Vitali Klitschko fight, which was around 200k. . But further investigation, I've seen athread claiming he made 713k. . . HOWEVER, take taxes away, trainer fee, and he "netted" about half of that. . . So, lets say 350k. . . LOL< wait, NM, now I hear his purse was only 100k pounds? So a little less than 200k. . Whatever. . Lets assume he did make 713k - still, after taxes he's got half of that. . .

NOW, how much do you think he made for the Tyson Fury fight? 100k pounds? MAYBE?! Take away taxes, fees, he's got 50k pounds. . . Helenius fight? lets be generous, and say he got 200k - take away half, he's got 100k pounds. . .

This. . The most reliable source I could find for the Vitali purse, was 100 thousand pounds (article that said it was being withheld while investigation pended). . . Taxes, training fees, that's about half he's got left. . . Even assuming it was 700k pounds, he only "made" half of that.

Read that Mick Hennessy won the bid to stage Fury/Chisora for around 300k pounds. . . So after costs, undercard, etc. was paid, he probably received anywhere from 50k pounds to 150k pounds (being generous). . Once again, take half of that away. So lets say he netted 60k for that one (being generous).

Helenius fight I couldn't find anything, but it was probably similar to the Fury fight, so we'll say he netted 75k for that one. . .

Sam Sexton fight? LULZ, maybe NETTED 30k pounds. . . The rest of his brief professional career, let's say he netted 50k pounds.

So that's (being generous with the 700k purse) 565k pounds he has NETTED. . . DEFINITELY not a bad chunk of change at all! Hell, it's way more than most people will make in a lifetime. . .

Now, houses in London are expensive. . . So let's say, on the cheap side, he's got a 300k pound house. . .
