I've had the email, my tickets have been despatched with DHL :patsch

Eventim are a shambles, I told them that I live in Spain & DHL won't deliver to the area where I live, so they should send the tickets by Royal Mail special delivery instead. Now I'll have to wait for the tickets to be returned so I can argue with them & end up collecting them from the venue!

Had I known just how shite & disorganised Eventim are I would've arranged for the tickets to be sent to my brothers house in London.

Mick i wouldnt be worried, you said that you were in the stands and on their site they still say that they're awaiting stock of those tickets.

Licinius, sorry to see your having a hard time with Eventim, the only reason i can think that they wouldn't send them Royal mail is because its overseas but you'll have more experience of that than i would.

It's not the first problem I've had with eventim, bring back ticketmaster!

Trying to explain to them that not all countries operate the way way as the UK does, for instance I don't have a street address, just a plot of land, so how is a courier supposed to make a delivery???

Royal mail understand this & will leave the letter (for signature) at my local post office.

Ah i see, it all makes sense now. I find ticketmaster a pain in the a**e though and luckily i didnt have any problems with eventim this time.
