Yes, every world title fight has a rematch clause

I keep getting dodgy thoughts we gonna see this fight twice!! I just have a strange feeling Audley is gonna do something crazy!! If he did I'll say this much, There'll be twice as much money on the table for the rematch!!

If Audley beats Haye (which won't happen) I'd have thought he'd be fed to Wlad rather than have to fight Haye. I'm also not entirely sure Haye would want a rematch if Audley sparked him.

not true. i hear the WBC dont allow their world title matches to have immediate rematch clauses...somthing im sure they wouldnt stick to if a bit of money was waved...:yep

but hence the reason why often rematches are non-title catchweight contests...or in the case of pascal - dawson, the rematch isnt immediate, instead one fight removed

    I agree.

As strange as it may seem about a guy who promised so much - I dont think David Haye is in pro boxing to be competitive - at least not at this stage.

he is just picking his fights very careful and trying to make as much money as he can.

he dosent want to take any punshiment or be in any kind of tough contest.

Should maybe have made myself clearer. What I meant was every non-mandatory title fight has a rematch clause.

Haye is only taking this fight to fill time and and another W to his record, but just incase theres Lewis-Rahman situation a rematch clause is always inserted.

As for the WBC they would rip there rule book up for a handful of magic beans or $3.50 which ever you have closer to hand

It's not a rematch clause for us, it's a rematch clause for the man on the street...

If Audley somehow miraculously wins the first, gets lucky, we'll certainly have a second fight, which Haye will most likely win, then we'll have Audley calling for a decider of a third fight.

He's going to have a bit of self belief after the Sprott KO and the way he won prizefighter . Maybe the best Audley we've ever seen walks in the ring that night.

TBh I'd think Haye would be chomping at the bit to avenge a loss to Harrison:good
