Don't know why anyone would think the fight was fixed, but anyone who does has paid no attention to Audley Harrison's entire pro career.

    To Chriswrench:

Wlad took Chisora for a few reasons.
1 to stay busy (Name another HW he could have fought)
2 Haye was locked into audley(after calling wlad out)
3 raise his profile in the U.K.(50/50 split of U.K. $$ is the major sticking point according to haye)
4 Haye is afraid (calls out wlad when he's locked into a fight, then calls out vitali when he's locked in....rinse repeat)
5 No one else will fight him ( most of the top heavies have already lost to him or will not fight him...see povetkin etc)

This doesn't prove ****.... if this fight was a fix Audley would have dropped from the first right landed after this and stayed down. Instead he took about 6 flush right hands before going down and then got up and took another 2 flush right hands and clearly had no legs. Haye had no reason to fix this fight, it was always an easy fight for him.... jesus ****ing christ

If you read what my last comment you'll see that I agree about the raising of his profile. Haye is not scared, he wants to get some good money in his pocket before he takes the risky fights and why not?

Anyone with this arguement is missing a major point - The Klitchkos would rather fight Haye. That's the big difference.

In Hayes defence: If someone offers you millions of pounds, MILLIONS, to take this fight are you really going to say no? Honestly?

I cant say that I would have said no.

Even by Harrisons standards THAT was a bad performance. I suspect Haye thought Audley would have given more, something at least, to make this a semi interesting / entertaining fight.

It was one of the very rare occasions a fighter could go up against a household name with virtually no risk attached for a huge amount of pay..

If it was fixed, im sure one of the agreements would have been to make Audley look atleast credible so that the 'fix' was not apparent.

You need to break that up man. Can't expect people to read that much writing when it's so joint up.
