And then think about some of the guys Patterson fought:Ali, Quarry, Johansson, etc. A bit more impressive than Chisora, Barrett and co. Haye has a puncher's chance, agreed, but Patterson could bang, too and I think he was a better boxer than Haye. I think it's a pretty even fight, but Patterson fought in a much tougher era. It's perfectly feasible to see Liston and Johansson destroying Haye. Likewise Quarry.

Floyd was vulnerable to huge punchers (i.e., Liston, Ingo) which is exactly what Haye is. He could survive good punchers like Bonavena and Quarry but not haye. Haye KO2 Patterson
