Haye v Vitali is the only fight that makes sense at the moment.

Vitali has the WBC but won't fight Wlad. I agree with that and respect that. Crazy **** fighting your own brother.
Haye and Booth have both said they want the fight with Vitali.
WBC/WBA HW Champ fighting the IBF/WBO/IBO/Ring HW Champ if Haye wins sounds good to me. What's not to like about it?
Or is Wlad just protecting his shopworn brother by calling Haye out so Vitali can earn a few mil for the retirement fund? Again I understand that, but it doesn't get us any closer to unification does it?

    Make the fight Vitali.

I'd love to see it............ V.K. does need a good foe to close out 2010...... Otherwise, I say that V.K. should retire....... He's done enough and earned enough cabbage to live a full life with ease........ V.K. is great........

I agree, best fight to make right now for both fighters. Winner of this one can fight the winner of Povetkin/Wladimir, of course if both Klitschkos win then forget it.

Yep. I'm a Haye fan but im not even confident that he could beat Vitali. That's one tough SOB but it's the route to go for unification as Haye as claimed he wants. We should forget about Wlad/Haye for now. Its not going to happen anytime soon for whatever reason.

Vitali should retire after fighting Valuev. Haye has had his chance, VK should have more sense than to hang around while Haye watches him age

I'm beginning to get a sneaky suspicion Haye is waiting for Vitali to retire so he can manouver himself into a position to fight for his vacant title. Wouldn't surprise me one bit. I hope it backfires on him and the fight for the vacant WBC turns out to be against Wladimir

If that happens then everyone wins. An undisputed HW Champ.

My point was that if Haye has to fight Wlad then the fight wouldn't happen. It'll be interesting when Vitali does retire though, at least unification will become a possibility even if it doesn't happen

This bout actually does make sense...and you never know, they may actually be working it out behind the scenes. If Haye can get past Vitali (somehow)...it makes the Wlad bout that much more interesting...and popular.

I know we've got very little information to go by (hardly any Haye quotes), but to me it seems like it's only Team Wlad/Vitali who have been pushing for these fights. Haye's been awfully discreet for the past year, a move which doesn't bode too well considering the noise he made when he first came on to the scene.

If the next Haye opponent is not a Klitschko, he will have lost a fan in me.

(unless of course that opponent is Audley :bbb)

I'd pop a footlong woody if "Klit-Valubum" actually happens as proposed......... I sense both "Haye and Valubum" are concerned and nervous at this juncture about meeting a "K" bro in the ring to cap-off 2010...... The K-bros. are bad-ass dude's.......... WORD!

No, not at all. The HW division doesn't need a diva who announces great things only to back out of the reall meaningful fights to fight three old guys in two years. The HW division doesn't need someone who becomes champ and then retires. If fighters like Adamek or Chambers takeover after the Klitschkos, it would be much better for boxing.

I dont think this fight should be made. Its crazy **** fight against your own mate or brother.

I want to see triple headed heavyweight monster, Klitchkos and their mate David Haye to continue dominating the division.

Vitali lacks a defining fight on his record.

If he wants a legacy Haye is the only way forward.

The better way for him would be if Haye fought Wlad first and lost.

Then Vitali could fight Haye for all the belts and if he wins he would have the defining fight.
