Haye v Vitali is the only fight that makes sense at the moment.

Haye is already slated to fight Audley Harrison. Vitali looks to be fighting Valuev, and Wlad is fighting Ibragimov.

Out of the 3 champs, two are fighting top level opposition, while one is fighting a
never has been named Audley Harrison.

Now, I can't remember a time when a HW champ was taking on such a low ranked opponent. I mean, I understand the concept of warmup fights, but cmon, Audley Harrison.

If said it before, and I'll say it again. Haye wants NO part of either Klitschko. He'll keep his mouth running fast, and his legs running faster.

 

I'd be genuinely interested to see the documentary evidence suggesting that "Haye is already slated to fight Audley Harrison."

I'd also like to see the same that indicates a shift in opponent for Wladimir.

The ducking bollocks is an integral part of the business side or any potential deal. The point, I think, was that Haye will not make a deal unless it is letter perfect. How many times does that happen in boxing? He already got a 50-50 offer he didn't deserve against a heavyweight with 2 more belts, the ring title and 8 times the number of title defenses he has. And they still couldn't come to an aggreement. These two will probably never fight.

 

Haye has not yet done anything to distinguish himself from any of the other challengers out there. Other than his big mouth, I don't know why he gets mentioned as the best challenger out there.
I don't even think he could beat a Chambers or Thompson.

Vitali would brutalize him and wreck any heavyweight credibility Haye has.
