i, like most thought groves would be beaten yesterday but obviously adam booth devised a winning game plan which saw groves win against all the odds. now with most people predicting wlad to beat haye, after yesterday has anyone had a change of opinion in that adam booth will devise another winning game plan (probably running away all night) that haye will execute effectively & come away with the win?
Im not sure it's changed my opinion on the outcome but it has certainly given people something to think about. I think Booth's gone up in a lot of people's estimation. His work clearly gave Groves the right way to win.
Degale beat Groves on my Scorecard by a point, scored it even to start with. Degale got to cocky and gave away too many rounds, thats why he "lost" (not that im complaining, niether guy deserved to lose) Fact is Haye is cautious and not as explosive at heavy than he was at cruiser because after the barrett fight hes to scared of getting KTFO. Wlads gonna jab jab jab and throw the hook all be it more aggressively and hayes going to back up for a few rounds, Then jab jab paw jab straight, haye gets past the jab and gets to the inside and wlads going to clinch. repeat the process until wlads moves back as haye comes forward and catches him with something leaving Haye on the canvas.
