Since when is Solis a mandatory? He's not.
Povekin's manager is taking legal action against K2 over the disgraceful contract they were given.
Fury has never and will never look for a voluntary shot. He is no.3 world ranked and Wlad will be obligated to fight him.

Good post, i struggle to grasp what is wrong with Haye's statement. Haye of course isnt completely free from blame but i'll be damned if K2 dont shoulder a lot of the blame for this fight being difficult to make.

Hrunov is an idiot. If he go to court he had to go with the WBA.

The WBA allows Wlad a voluntary defence before fighting Povetkin.

K2 can win the purse bid easy because the split is 75 for Wlad and 25 for Povetkin. Povetkin is nothing else than a contender.

    Wlad is The Champ.

Mandatory fights only have set splits etc when a purse bid happens, which rarely happens in multi million dollar fights due to high risk factors on both sides

Hence why deals are made and also "offers" even for mandatory fights.

And the mandatory amount is supposed to be a minimumn , voluntary usually more , period.

And it seems the majority of heavyweights today get better purses against others than the K2

they are insanley greedy and make King look like a priest.

:patschChisora got 300k vs Vitali and 600k vs Haye

    so stfu

I don't know what all the fuss is about. The Klitschko's always ensure their opponent's earnings meet the German national minimum wage of 7 Euro's an hour.

Look at all those guys complaining

Klitschkos are effecting these mens ability to earn a living.

In some title shots the opponents had to agree to a rematch plus brother fight and get this->

Even if they won the title in their first defenses they had to pre agree to a set purse in such circumstances

Even if a guy pulled a buster douglas and hit the lottery , the Klits would take away their financial prize in advance

    It is despicable.

    He was for Vitali.

LOL You're clueless. If Povetkin is sueing anyone then it's the WBA, not K2.

You realize mandatory challengers don't sign options. So anyone who doesn't like rematches could just become mandatory.

    You understand this, yes? :think

Incorrect. Split is the same all the while and is set by the sanctioning organization. There is always a 'purse', even without a bid. It is just agreed upon mutually by both parties, and then the mandatory challenger gets his fixed cut from that mutually agreed purse.

If they don't agree then there's the purse bid and the mandatory challenger gets his cut from the highest bid.

Tyson Fury can beat Vitali Klitschko.

Fury had better perfromances against Chisora and Kevin Johnson than Vitali

George Foreman had better performances against Norton and Frazier than Ali did. But he lost to Ali.

you mean like daniel geale forfeiting a belt and a fight with golovkin in favour of a much higher payday against mundine?

take away the paper champions and world title shots will mean exactly that

on ita few months ago. The fact that even if you beat them, you must fight both brothers back to back and accept that K2 Promotions stages both events and earns the larger part of the purse is mind-boggling. How is that not a slave contract, you ****ing imbeciles?

You're generalizing. Those options are only customary in voluntary title shots.

Any fighter who doesn't like them can simply become mandatory challenger and then doesn't have to sign any 'slavery' options.

Multiple options have existed in boxing for many decades, way before the K brothers. Just people were used to getting their hands dirty and fighting eliminators to become mandatories. These days HW contenders are lazy SOBs not willing to take a risk, they just whine about shitty contracts instead :yep
