I don't know.. I respect Vitali but Ukrainian politics is corrupt and he's running out of money fast trying to keep up in the dog race that is Ukraine.

Haye is not a big spender and is good with his money. It will not be a shock to see Vitali broke at 50 due to politics.

Vitali is more educated than Haye, actually both of the brothers are. I would be shocked if Vitali went broke, I wouldn't be surprised if Haye went broke actually

In fact, thats why I think he's looking to cash out against one of the brothers again, probably has some financial problems.

 Dry your eyes ******, Vitali was asked difficult questions & ended up looking like the steroid abusing, tax dodging, political failure he is.

This was an interview for BBC's HARDtalk programme. It's purpose is to ask hard-hitting questions and cover sensitive topics. David Haye was on it in December 2011 and had a similar rough treatment.

I would think Haye could beat Banks and then be presumptive #1 after Vitali trounces the Arreola/Stiverne winner.

Or Haye could take Arreola next like you say. I guess that's a better bet for Arreola then facing Vitali. Would Vitali still be active in 2014?

I hope Haye/Banks happens. Good match-up. Similar age, height, experience, skills. Articulate speakers. HBO would probably want it. Great potential for a big build-up.

The truly sad thing is that David Haye cannot hold a press conference without talking endlessly about Vitali/Boente/Wlad. Isn't anything going on in his own life/career that he could talk about instead? Be his own man, like.

Haye wants to be the HW champion, all the belts are held by the brothers who are controlled by Boente so of course he's going to talk about them, especially given the history between them.

Torn to threads? Even speaking in his 4th language he comes across as more knowledgeable, confident and friendly than 99% of boxers (nevermind people on this forum) - and during a hostile interview too. Could you imagine Victor Ortiz or even Floyd making it through an interview like that without completely loosing their poise?

He doesn't have to spend 90% of every pressconference doing it, though.

Haye seems to be in desperate need of cash... which is why he actually wants to get back in the ring instead of barking on the sidelines like usual. Either way, we know that if this fraud gets in the ring with either brother any time soon that he will just repeat his disgraceful performance that he had against Wlad.

Agreed, I don't think he came off too badly at all. His knowledge seemed a little light in some areas, but that may well be the language barrier (Wlad's English is much better than Vitali's). Besides, the questioning was pretty aggressive. He didn't seem flustered once.

Lmao @ dumb a$$ Vitali haters. If boente wont let vitali fight haye, then why boente said the contract to booth for haye to fight vitali last september??? If vitali iss soo old and look soo damn slow, then long lay oiff or not dont u vitali haters think haye should have sign that contract and finally fight vitali? After all the sh4t talk haye did in the vitali vs chisora post press conference, you ppl would think haye would be facing vitali instead of chisora.
