how? i thouyght the style tailor made for david was upright , taller europeans as he kept on telling everyone. not smaller guys who bob and weave to close the distance. if chisora survives the first few rounds and keeps a high pace up getting in close throwing hooks then haye is struggling by round 5, taking loads of shots by 7 and stopped around 9/10.

his elusiveness is overrated and an old , shot ruiz landed loads on him.

i said klit wins easy and if chisora lasts past 3 he wins too.

I really don't get why you think haye would win this easily, he beat NOBODY credible at all, great cruiser and a decent heavy, no more then that. Any heavyweight who isn't shot to pieces old or a stiff lump of **** would give him nightmares. He does not punch that hard for a heavy, and against a pressure fighter like del who isn't going to fall over easily and be on him for twelve rounds he would struggle and in my opinion lose!

Del might bob but he certainly doesn't weave, he walks in like a spastic Frazier

  5. Haye isn't/wasn't anything special but ****ing hell.....

Because Chisora is a come forward in straight lines guy who is slightly shorter with a shorter reach than David Which is absolutely the style that suits David who is an outside Counter puncher. It's not rocket science.

David also said he'd knockout Wlad but it didn't happen, sometimes people say things that aren't necessarily true or going to happen.

Has anyone even tried to get inside on Haye? Everyone seems to be content fighting on the outside with him, its weird.

I think Chisora would be an interesting fight. It could be similar to Big John/Price albeit going a bit longer, but Chisora could do well on the inside game.

Never seen such a thing as a fit Chisora, Haye beats any version of that clown.

Haye has world class head movement and very quick footwork..he's not easy to tie down or get inside of.

It's amazing how after 1 fight and he's suddenly awful, Haye is world class, he's just pissed a lot of people off, people who in my eyes, are naive if they thought he would get involved in a war against Klitschko.

    Pretty much this.

What happens is he pissed everyone off, and now all of a sudden people just focus on the bad parts.

Haye showed world class defence against Wladamir, there are no other fighters save maybe vitali that haye would need to be so defensive against, and to be fair even the ones that are good offensivley, the few shots dave did land would badly hurt them.

I was diaaspointed in haye at the time, but in hindsight, what pretty much happened was Wlad stayed at a distance to keep haye on the end of the jab, haye tried to stay just out of range and counter, the tactics were wrong, but it wasnt what i'd call cowardice, his tactics were just awful.

By the way i didnt see Wlad abandon his safety first style of jab, jab, jab, right hand, grab, it was the same old story, he hardly tried to come maurauding in throwing hooks and uppercuts did he?

same haye, same wlad, Wlads style just beat Hayes

    /discussion

I see the H/W divison as this:

    Wlad/Vitali

    Haye

Everyone else in whatever order you care to choose
