First off, F^#% Wladimir and him fighting Chisora whilst Haye's deal is on the table is a complete and utter sham. As much as you Klit fans don't want to admit it, its SH!T. Secondly, Haye shouldn't fight Chagaev who will only get knocked out and waste our time. Haye vs Adamek would be PERFECT right now and HBO would show it and it would be an entertaining fight that could be held in the states. It would even fill up MSG.
You're forgetting that as a champion Haye has obligations to defend against mandatory. Other than that; yes. Haye/Adamek would be a great fight.
right but he could get out of it if he tries to fight in England where they won't let Chagaev fight. That fight is a waste of time anyway, Chagaev never was that good and he looked even worse in the last fight.
If it's not Chag it'll be another WBA fighter. Most likely SNV. How can you say that Chagaev was never that good? He won fresher versions of Valuev and Ruiz than Haye did. Not to mention his amateur career where he beat Felix Savón. Walker fight though was very bad.
I think Adamek desrves a title shot, hes been working hard, staying active and fighting decent level competition, outside the Klits and Haye, he seems the real deal. I think Adamek should fight Sam Peters (Whose still pretty dangerous), Solis Or Boystov or Povetkin, or maybe 2 of those and THEN challenge for the title because by then he should have passed all the tests and be good enough to step up. An interesting question would be....if Adamek became champion and say the Klits retire and Haye retires, how long could Adamek reign as champ?
I agree. Adamek is the fight to be made. Haye can easily bypass Chagaev as he isn't fit to fight in the UK. WBA make haye super champ and sanction Chagaev's next fight for the 'regular' WBA HW belt.
It sounds like a lot of people are completely unaware of Wlad's contractual obligation to remake the Chisora fight within 30 days after he pulled out last month. At least that's what Fat Dan at ESPN reported. As for a Haye-Adamek fight, I can actually see that doing pretty well. Both former CW champions who moved up and fighting. Plus it would take away a potential opponent for Vitali who mentioned Adamek after he smashed Briggs' face in.
Come on man, he could easily pay Chisora to step aside and fight after the Haye fight, we know that it is only a payday for both anyway.
This. You got to remember, Haye isn't fighting for legacy, he's fighting to get the most money for the least risk. The only way he fights Adamek is if he can't fight either Klitschko.
true,haye adamek will be exciting with haye winning by KO. Big no of fans for both sides.both could draw big in Uk or US. ha,if haye can not have to waste time on chageav and fight adamek while wlad fights chisora,then wlad will be ridiculed,while haye gets richer,more popular and closer to taking wlad out on july 2nd.
