Is it really on Dave? Love that channel.

This is a nothing more than shake off a bit of ring rust fight. If Haye looks good and knocks him out in style then word will get round. People from ITV, Channel 5. Boxnation and Sky will all be watching and after a good showing his next fight would not be on Dave. Unless he has a multifight contract but i doubt it.

So it might get poor figures but its all just a set up to show he isnt shot and he is back. Or atleast thats the plan.

 

So instead of a wood clack indicating ten seconds left in each round, will there be whoopee cushion fart noises played over the PA ...with a canned laugh track after every knockdown? :think

Haye bringing back excitement to the comedy channel! LMAO What a trainwreck this guys' career has become. I can so see Haye become a journeyman in 3-4 years and fight for pennies vs. young contenders.

 

It should be on a comedy channel because the fight will be a comedy. A boring comedy at that too

 

It's not specifically a comedy channel - possibly a decent move by Haye. Dave is a FTA channel and it means his comeback fight will likely get a high audience.

Dave is a channel that mostly shows reruns of BBC shows. But it's branched out in the last few years - it's the UK channel which shows things like Suits and Parks & Rec.
