He has let down people since winning the belt, he hasnt been active enough and sought out the best oppostion like he did in the early years of pro carrer.

If i were him, id fight every 2 to 3 months.......fight Solis, both Klits and Povetkin and win.........your an all time great but i think he will go down the route of fighting Chagaev Next in April 2011.

Yeah thats what i meant by his natural weight without top level training David would be a 13 to 14 stone guy.

I weight 14 stones with around 16 per cent BF last time i checked.....and i dont train every day, every week so his weight of 210 was a shock for me.

Besides that.........boxers in general need to get there matchups to increase the standard.....as K1 and MMA are catching up fast.

Just look at fighters like Badri Hari, A. Overeem....see how quick, strong and skillful these guys are.

Thats the one, wouldnt mind seeing that again, his fight against Dokes? was pretty top level.

I believe Holy peaked around late 96 to early 1999.

His body, experience and all round abilty were at there powers.....of course when he was younger he was faster but his ring savvy in the Tyson fights and Moorer fights were top level.

Lennox tought beat him twice, his declined set in.

Althought i felt he nicked the Valuev fight (which shows u how great Evander is)

But then if you for example took away Douglas fat amount and made him the same BF as Holyfield that night....Holy was like 8/9/10 per BF....i reckon Douglas would come in at 218/220.

He was a very fat 246, and still carried fat at 230 when he fought Tyson.

It would certanily devalue the heavyweight elite though......Harrison isnt a top 20 fighter.......bar the Klits, and Haye.......there are a dozen or more heavies that are better than him.

    Chambers,
    Valuev
    Chagaev
    Arreola,
    Solis
    Povetkin
    Peter
    T. Thompson
    J. C Gomez
    Pulev and Helenius (both prospects)
    Virchis
    R. Austin
    Ustinov

I wouldn't mind if Haye fought on a regular basis vs cab drivers. But he doesn't. He fights once a year. Picks and chooses his fights. And when he's supposed to deliver he gives us Audrey. Frankly thats just not good enough.

Does that even matter though? Apart from the Klits the division is a complete farce. David has an opportunity to put himself at the head of the pack as the best contender. He refuses to do it.
