Does anyone have any updates on this fight? Hopefully Haye signs and backs up his words although I would love to know what is written on the contract.

haye hasn't signed yet, but the contracts have been approved on his end...it's up to vlad's people now. there is, apparently, come debate over eastern european television rights/profits.

incidentally, i am kind of surprised that's adam booth and the hayemaker people didn't push harder for a small ring. haye is no technician--and he tires after 3 rounds in every fight. his only chance is to pull a corrie sanders and jump all over wlad and get him out of there inside 3. however, it is fair to say, vlad's defense has so vastly improved since the sanders-brewster career lowpoint. it's funny, with a dodgy chin everyone called wlad a glassjaw joke. now that he is technically dominating guys behind a reorganized defensive stance, he's boring and everyone hates him for his caution. it's so backward...it's astonishing. in any case, i hear the fight is going to be in a 20-foot ring, which, to my mind, is more than big enough for vlad to operate at center ring long enough for haye to be gassed enough that his glassjaw, not klitschko's will be the one getting tapped.
