Surely I'm not the only man who thinks Ruiz will be completely overmatched in this fight. The man is a decent techinical boxer, but nothing special. He is hard to look good against. But the last time he came up against a quick, prime, heavy fisted man was Tua. Everyone knows how that fight panned out, surely this will be the same?
No...contrary to popular belief, Haye is not going to be a knockout artist at heavyweight. He has good power, but it's more shock power based on his speed. He does not have heavy hands, not at heavyweight...obviously because he's not a natural heavyweight. He'll only knock out the smaller heavies. In no way does his power compare to a fighter like Tua's, who has extremely heavy hands.
Bullsh!t. He almost knocked out the giant Valuev with one hand. Haye absolutely has explosive knockout power at heavyweight.
I can see haye knocking him out,but my wisdom tells me he will win a sloppy (due to ruis awkawrdness) decision 117-111 116-112 something along those lines.
Bollocks. Up until the Vlauez fight he'd scored, what? 8 knockdown in less than 16 minutes as a heavyweight. Then in a cagey fight he becomes the fist man ever to put Valuev on ***** street. As for this small heavyweight bollocks he's about the same size as a prime George Foreman. If all heavyweigths came in to fights in the same shape as Haye the list of guys that were significantly bigger than him would not be a long one. Wlad, Vitali and Valuev and err well not many others really.
Ruiz a "technical boxer" :rofl Decent? It's precisely because he lacks technique that he has to hold excessively to "win" fights. People say he hasn't been holding lately - yeah, maybe so. He's also been losing to anybody above the journeyman level. There's a correlation there.
how does one "almost" knock someone out? haye is a *** and ran for 12 rounds...hes an explosive runner and **** talker
