I see Hayes speed causing Ruiz a lot of trouble. Ruiz usually does well against taller opponents but with Haye being quick like a Toney or a Jones I see him having trouble. I have a feeling that Haye wins this one by a middle rounds to late stoppage. However if Ruiz manages to win what will that do to Haye's preception?
Will Haye be the second man to stop Ruiz or will Ruiz give another taller opponent fits? Will it go the distance and Haye wins a close one? Or will Ruiz fight an ugly fight and come up with the upset? Or will Haye become the second man in history to stop Ruiz?

I think Haye will win by stoppage, in and out and good foot movement, coupled with the left jab with that devastating right in behind it.

I dont expect Ruiz winning this one and I dont expect Haye KO Ruiz. If one of these happens I will be surprised. Althought Ruiz is getting older, so there is a chance for KO. I want Haye to win this fight, because I want a Haye-Adamek fight this year :bbb

That'd be pretty cool if Adamek got past Arreola in fair shape. But only if a Vitali or Wlad can't be done because of squabbling or whatever. It's always more important, imo, for unifications.

    Haye adamek would be great!

I think Haye has all the tool to stop Ruiz he has to fight a smart fight to do it though. Avoid the clinch.

While Haye is still a good fighter at heavyweight, from what I have seen from him at a cruiser and now, he has lost a lot of speed. He's still fast by heavweight standards, but he's not blazing anymore. There are several heavies that have faster hands than him right now.

Ruiz is boring as hell and hugs too much. I wonder if Haye will actually throw more than he did against Valuev. That was a joke of a fight. I'm no Haye fan because of it.

Just re-watched Jones vs Ruiz. Ruiz was terrible...and that was how many years ago??
Should be an easy fight for Haye.

Haye by K.O. should be the only allowed outcome in this fight...
(For the sake of the HW division)

Ruiz is very slow but can still bang. If Haye is smart he'll stay out of the plodding Ruiz's range and time him coming in. Haye needs to impress, too many doubters waiting.

Ruiz will make things awkward early but Haye will eventually break him down.

It'll be the first fight I'm at, so Haye better win. I think he'll get a TKO. Rounds 8 or 9 Ruiz will be taking too many shots and the ref will step in

Saying that, I would see the funny side of Ruiz ruining it for everyone :yep

Haye should win. No question, Haye should win. However......this is Ruiz. The human cockroach will not go away. Only prime Tua ever put this roach to sleep and nobody has been able to deliver since then. Haye should have no problems outpointing him, but I'm afraid that Haye will relax after he realizes how easy it is to hit Ruiz and will allow Ruiz to get close enough to grab him. Once the wrestling starts, forget it because that's Ruiz' fight. If Haye sticks and moves he wins. If Haye gets caught by Ruiz and forced to slow waltz, anybody can win it.
