Who wins ?, imo haye will not get near him, get annoyed and walk into a heavy right and go down after taking dozens of jabs, he may though get in a few times and come close with a big shot himself, and wlad as he does do will retreat in some disorder, but regroup and jab again till infinity, what about you all, i thought while yes wlad was boring in some ways, he was superb in others, and no way in hell haye beats him going by how well wlad boxed tonight
Haye would've been carried out of the ring on a stretcher tonight. This is not even worth arguing about.
Haye would have had a hard time getting in. Wlad looked good tonight. It wasn't very exciting, but he moved very fluidly, his jab was sharp, and he actually threw his right hand. It's always difficult to guage these things though. Chagaev and Haye are very different fighters. Haye would be more rambunctious; that might help him, or it might get him hurt earlier.
No way Haye would have taken that right hand that put down chagaev. That would have knocked haye out for sure. Chagaev has an excellent chin.
Haye has gotten under Wlads skin big time-just seen his Sky interview. He was very animated.I didn't know he had the ability to experience emotion. That's what Haye wants/needs
The punch that floored Chagaev in the 2nd round, would have knocked out David Haye. And if it didn't, he'd be stopped by the next solid punch in the fight. Simple as that. Its time we give Wlad his due as being the best big man since Lewis. Only way to make that a dead lock certainty, is if the brothers fought one another....but mark my words, this fight, even though it was dull, not only showed the vast difference in skill and talent between the IBF and the WBA, it showed the VAST difference between Wlad and the rest of the HW division---outside of Vitali, I dont believe there's a man out there who comes close to beating him ever again.
Wlad KO's Dave within 3. I'd love nothing more than Haye Corrie Sanders-ing the disgrace to the sport though.
To beat Klitschko YOU must set the tempo, set the rythem, YOU got to be first. Chagaev gave too much respect to Wlad, as did Rahman, as did Thompson, as did Ibragimov. These guys are too fearful of the Ukranian it borders on the ridiculous. Ruslan had the power and the ability to have done more---but Wlad got to him first, and ruined his confidence---BUT, I do give Ruslan credit, that man is made out of titanium or the next best thing, he could have went 20 rounds like he was, getting his head handed to him and still been there to the very end.
