This match up is definitely the most interesting in the heavyweight division along with Haye vs W. Klitschko..

How do you see it going?

Vitali has this unbeatable aura about him, that makes you favor him in every fight. He's a good boxer and DOES have power (You dont have >90% KO rate if not)

In contrast to Johnson, Haye has power and guts. In contrast to Arreola, Haye knows how to box and has a fantastic work ethic. If he can manage to wobble Valuev with a broken hand (actually he hit him with his wrist) he certainly can hurt Klitschko.

How do you see it going? My honest opinion is Klitschko by late KO

I see Haye using a mix of his fight with valuev, and explosions of his performance against Enzo Mac to decimate Vitali in 6 rounds, Vitali's jaw will never withstand a Hayemaker, Haye is too fast, and easily outboxes him, then utilises his ruthless aggression to beat him.

I think Haye will be too quick and elusive for Vitali to hit and will attack him from more angles than any of Vitalis recent opponents.

I see Haye starting off defensively and moving around the ring staying out of range and landing more and more as the fight goes on until he stops Vitali (possibly still on his feet,) sometime around the 7th or 8th.

Haye's chances are probably as good as any other fighter right now I think. Vitali hasn't taken much punishment since his comeback. Iron jaws can rust with age. Not to mention I am about convinced his skin is getting thin and Haye might make a mess with his speed and power. But Haye has never faced a HW of Vitali's quality either. It would be his toughest test and it would be the out-of-retirement version Vitali's toughest test too, in my opinion.

    I didn't vote because I think it's a toss-up at this point.

Although I would be rooting for Haye in this fight(and wouldn't rule a Haye win out!)...I feel he would fight scared as he did against Valuev...only I see Vitali as better all round - faster, harder puncher, better boxing skills compared to Valuev. I see Haye running round scared again, only more scared this to engage the harder puncher. And I dont think Haye could take too many good shots off Vitali. Of couse Vitali can be stopped even if he's never been off his feet yet...but its hard to see Haye doing that when nobody else has...I still remember those uppercuts that Vitali absorbed off Lewis..yeah he had to hold on for dear life but he took 'em! ....and that reminds me - Vitali's trainers should teach him a new punch - the one he should've used last night and didnt - the uppercut. Johnson was asking for the uppercut all night and Vitali never thought of delivering any.

Wlad would have no chance against Haye. Vitali because of his chin would have a better chance. But after seeing him last night, it wouldn't be much of a chance.

Will Haye beat Ruiz and Valuev? I'm not so sure considering he'd have to take the fight to them in front of his fans.

Vitalis only threat to Haye was his power and chin. Powers gone. Just the chin left. I was totally shocked at Vitalis technique or lack of. Waving your arms in your opponents face is not boxing. KJ was a disgrace to the sport and didn't want to fight so not all the fault lies with Vitali.
Haye would be crazy NOT to take the fight. Vitali is there for the taking

If a feather-fisted 37 year old taxicab driver from Italy could bust his face up like this imagine what...

Haye - Vitali aint gonna happen. He is going to retire in the next 2 years and Haye is going to be busy fighting Ruiz, Valuev again for a while.

My guess is Haye - Wlad in 2 - 3 years. Superfight.
