    Evening all

what are your opinions on this?

I was just reading a few articles on the net as i have been away for a while, just got back and saw that there have been talks for a while with Vitali's camp.

It is frankly quite possible that Haye could get a fight with Vitali for Match 3rd in Germany. apparently Hayemaker has a few weeks to decide if its something he is interested in and they need to sort out british tv deal, however Boente has said some possitve things. along the lines of, Haye can generate alot of money, its the biggest fight out there in the HW divison atm, which is probs correct and a few other bits

Both sides want the fight by the looks of it, but will Haye take the challenge?

    would people consider going etc?

I still beilive Haye is in his prime now and still has got alot to give to the sport, Just because he lost to argubly the best HW in the divison is not the end of the world, he can come back in my opinion.

    what are your thoughts?

    Cheers

    G

I think in the end, the fight will happen, maybe not March 3rd but next year sometime, the fight generates too much money for it not to happen, Vitali has few fights left in him and could earn in 1 fight with Haye that he could earn in 3 other fights, thats why I think he may offer Haye decent money to fight him?

Tv deal will be the big problem for Haye. He isn't going to get anywhere near the amount of money his last few fights on box office have earned him so unless he ends up on primetime he will end up being paid a standard amount from sky or boxnation. I can't see itv or bbc giving him the sort of money he'll be looking for.

yeah but if haye believes he can win and somehow does,

he will get his respect back and generate even more money in a Rematch with Wlad.

lets hope his toe isnt broken this time

There's an article on the Telegraph website where Boente concedes Haye will get more money than the usual non-titleist Klitschko opponent. He also says it all comes down to the TV deal and mentions Primetime and Box Nation as options  .
Kiss crystal clear High Def goodbye!

I hope it doesn't happen. Hayes legacy will be even more tarnished.

Who's going to buy the PPV?????

You'd need a hole in your head to buy into that **** again.

We all get suckered in. Gaz even flew to Germany with his wee Union Jack flag. He was mightily disappointed.

    sort haha...

but really its true what your saying, people will buy again and Tv channels will be fighting over themselves to PPV his fights and it would make the right people money but id be surprised if he got half the numbers, pre fight exposure that he got with Wlad

as for the fight, i just see a replay for the wlad fight except Haye probably lands a few more because Vitali looks hella slow to me now

Not me mate, I had 5 days holiday and a great time in Hamburg. I never go anywhere just for the fights, "eggs, baskets" and all that!

I even called it as a likely **** fight beforehand on ESB.:D

Whats the point, does absolutely nothing for Vitali's record.

Rather watch Scrubs repeats or whatevers on at the same time.

I remember, dude. I was on Cocoa Beach in Florida so I just didn't care. Within five minutes of it ending I was on the beach, talking to lovely ladies in very small bikinis. Mr Haye would have been proud of me, I think.
