I decided to post this thread because many of our slower posters have been understandably befuddled by the rumors about Haye possibly fighting Audley Harrison. Guys, wake up! Haye is clearly waiting to see how Vitali does against Sosnowski. If Vitali does well, Haye will sign the contract with Audley. If Vitali looks slow and old, Haye may sign for a fight with Vitali. Really, guys....Haye is a safe fighter and he plays the odds. I'm not sure if this is good or bad. But most of you should know this by now. atsch
Are you suggesting that Vitali should pretend he is struggling with Sosnowski in order to get a fight with Haye?
No. I'm not suggesting anything. I'm flat out saying that Haye is waiting to see how Vitali performs. I'm not sure how that went over you head? atsch
If he wants a fight with Haye, sure. My intention was to address the Harrison rumors. They're rumors know because Harrison is his backup plan. If Vitali looks bad, I believe Haye will challenge him.
Only if Vitali look bad...real bad. Think big George Foreman against Axel Shultz. He'll have to look that bad for Haye to nut up.
I think Vitali SHOULD make himself look more vurnerable and then SPARK THAT FRAUD OUT. But I wonder if Haye will be able to tell if Vitali is "carrying" Sonowski or not? Vitali looked bad vs KJ but I wonder if he is setting Haye up??
I think hes waiting to fight vitali first no matter how he does.Haye prefers vitali then wlad maybe rematch and retire.
Did you see the first fight? I hear they show it in Turkish prisons as a form of psychological torture.
This is a fairly recent idea that was floated by the Haye team and seized upon by his acolytes. The ridiculous and revisionist claim that Haye has somehow always preferred to fight Vitali. Sorry, that dog won't hunt. The fact is that Haye challenged Wlad first and now he is suddenly interested in Vitali because he appears to be slipping a bit. This is easy enough to prove. If Vitali looks good and Haye doesn't fight him, there you go. atschatschatsch
