But in this video he posted, the cut seems to be on his right eyebrow :huh

I'm sure it's just the way the video was recorded, I'm by no means a crazy conspiracy theorist. Just thought it was a bit odd. So you guys think it's just the way the vid was recorded?

if you use the front camera of a mobile phone it always flips the video around. I think this injury is genuine. In regard to his injured hand ahead of the charr fight i'm not so sure especially if you listen to peter fury's words...

I thought it was a little stupid to be still sparring that close to a fight.

Just out of interest - which sparring partner caused the cut?

Lots of fighters spar that close to the fight, Rooney used to have Tyson sparring up to a day or 2 before the fight. What is very surprising is that the cut is whe it is. I dont think Haye could have been wearing headgear, and if he wasn't, that's crazy.

Yeah, that's what I was thinking. Was he wearing headgear? Just too weird.

I doubt its fake, but Haye clearly was running scared and this was the luckiest thing that has happened to him.

He was wearing headgear according to Booth.

I was originally disappointed the fight was postponed but the comedy relief provided by all the conspiracy theories has made it more than worth it.

I don't buy it simply because your hard sparring is supposed to be done with one week left to the fight.

Last 7-10 days is all about maintaining your peak and keeping injury free, everyone knows that.

Conspiracy theories getting a little stupid lately. The injury is obviously legit. I'm not saying Haye is not to blame as he should've been cautious this close to the fight but what's done is done and cannot be undone regardless of what theores you crackpots come up with. There's no reason for someone who faced Wlad to duck Fury one week prior to the fight.
