ahhh, i see the pre-fight hype has already gotten to you.

 

Heck, this writer says Klitschkos fights are boring, yet I bet this same guy thought Lennox Lewis's wins over Holyfield wasn't bad at all.

Wlad delivers a KO almost every time he fights. KOs ARE NEVER BORING...NEVER. Maybe Wlad should KO enzo's and Mormecks, and then he'll be exciting, I guess. Line up those tomato cans for Wlad. Let's get some excitement going for this jounalist.

12rd's to one person is boring to me it will be a fun to watch Hayes eat 200 plus punches till wlad deceides to put all of his power into his punches in the 12th, were he will put this guy down,,,,,I think his plan is to make sure this punk's career will never be the same.....

 

Which to me is better than a 4 round KO.

 

if wlad knocks someone out in spectacular fashion...the guy was no good anyway so the impressive victory is somehow erased. if wlad takes on top fighters, smooth operators, slick boxers who are a real threat...then the fight is boring. the line of thinking that so often discredits wlad is a logical fallacy...there is nothing he could do to earn the respect of his detractors. even if he knocks haye out cold in three rounds...haye was a cruiserweight, so it doesn't mean a thing...even though the same people who say that are the very ones who say haye will kayo wlad in one round.

Don't know how I see this fight but the idea that Haye will stand there and get jabbed to death like Brewster is ridiculous - let's not forget Haye is a terrific counterpuncher.

By the time the bell for the start of the twelfth would have sounded Haye will being drinking beer with belts round his waist, women on his arms and ordering pizza from dominos.

Haye finishes this within 6.

 

i agree with you that haye is much quicker and more active than brewster. brewster had the left hook--hampered by a career of eye injuries--and the straight right and that's it...oh yeah, he had a bad back and cement in his feet too. brewster, and i give him this, has hell in his left hook and straight right...brewster, no matter how old and crumpled is one punch out of a fight at all times. that said...

haye has much faster feet and hands. he counterpunches well and at tricky angles against an orthodox fighter because he shoots diagonally back to his own left then shoots in at curved angles to the left side of his opponents. that's his shot, his puncher's chance right there. but wlad has a much improved left hook and he throws his own straight right off the left hook with enough speed to make haye think twice or risk getting caught cold while countering. couple that with the long jab that sets up an underrated left uppercut on the inside when pressured...and i see haye having only a slim chance of winning by early ko if one of his straight right hand bombs crashes through on wlad's chin. if the fight goes past five rounds, haye is gassed and does get jabbed to death like a sitting duck for the duration.

i suppose i am curious whether i am ignorant for the aspects about which i agree with you, or the ones i don't. isn't ignorance demonstrated by reductive responses that provide only base insults instead of actual coherent arguments? not that it matters, it's just a strange way to go about proving your point...by not proving your point. unfortunately, this isn't a playground where kicking someone in the nuts or calling them stupid proves anything.
