Haye refused to fight Vitali more than once..............also ducked Vlad.........when Haye did get a fight with Vlad he ran, held, and fell down on the canvas! Chicken Haye....................
I'm not going to get into a slanging match over this. I have seen many people on many different website calling for Haye/Vitali, and not all of them are British, so I made that comment, that a significant portion of the Boxing fanbase wants the fight - not the whole boxing fanbase but a big enough portion of it that the fight would do big business if it happened. If you dont want the fight then fine, that's your opinion, but dont try to speak for the whole bloody world as if you know what everyone everywhere thinks on the subject.
Because Vitali is not as cautious and defensive a fighter as Wlad is and - as explained here: http://www.boxingforum24.com/showthread.php?t=419638 - Wlad's cautious defensive fighting was in a large part responsible for his fight with Haye being a let down to neutral observer. Vitali/Haye would be a much more competitive fight because Vitali doesn't fight the same way Wlad, and certainly doesn't back away from infighting as easilly as Wlad does, and Haye is capable of mixing it up if his opponent lets him, and it would be highly unlikely that it would last the 12 round, which would make it an exciting fight for fans of both men and neutral, and not-so-neutral, observers alike
Most people have always said that Vitali V Haye is a much better fight for the fans than Haye V Wlad. Would create more hype and interest than any other fight out there this year in the UK, especially with Sky PPV behind it. Vitali can't say for 2 years he will finally shut Haye up by knocking him out and then retire into politics surely!
