Haye Wlad... 50-50 WAS offered!!!!!

Yeah... Wlad only sells out 60,000 seat stadiums. People in Germany hardly know who he is. Haye on the other hand... can't even secure a venue in London... what a cash machine that guy is.

Have you ever thought of it in a much more simple fashion? The fact that Haye is fighting WLAD will get huge buys from UK TV, and bring in a lot of money on the UK side too. Have you ever thought that possibly UK TV simply brings in a wider audience or pays out more for fights? Have you ever considered the fact that people in the UK are Klitschko fans too and not just "Haye's people?":roll: And you think that it's fair for Haye to get 50% of the German money at the gate and venue? So, Haye gets all of the UK money, and splits the German money too? Wlad just get his split of the German money? Are you out of your mind?

There is NO excuse for Haye not to accept 50-50 across the board. You look extremely foolish still defending this pathetic ****.

Who the **** is David Haye? He is a nobody who has made his "name" on bush league, amaturish antics, that I guess are impressive to the Brit's but he's proven nothing. How the **** do you figure Haye is a draw, because he gets the UK PPV market...man GTFOH, lets be real, when did the UK PPV market become the end all be all of "drawing"? Bottom line either Klitchsko is a bigger draw, they don't "need" Haye, they want Haye, they are too emotionally invested. Bottom line, if Hayes putting more money in the pot he deserves more. If Wlad is putting in the largest % he deserves more.

I thought the 50/50 deal w/ no options was a lie. If the uk tv money is the hang up it doesn't really make sense to me.

 

Haye should fight his mandatory Chagaev to show how good he is and how much he can get without a "Klitschko".

 

As stated above, this is taking the line that a fight with Wlad doesn't sell one more PPV than does a Haye/Harrison matchup. This is not reality based at all.

 

Again, people are fixating on that one point. The real point is Boothe refused to negotiate. He simply stopped returning calls. There is no way to work things like this out unless both parties are talking. Bottom line, Haye wanted none so Boothe stopped negotiations. This one is really simple. Haye saying he is negotiating with the Klitschkos is an obvious lie to pacify his fans. We know he isn't negotiating with Wlad and it is highly doubtful there is anything going on with Vitaly.

 

Ummm, you do know Wlad promotes himself, no? All this does is 'fix' what Povetkin gets. Anything the fight makes above that figure is Wlad's to keep.
