whatever man, I can't agree with you. He is backing up his words by winning. Which is what every fighter says he will do, but not every fighter does. Yeah he's got a big mouth when he's hyping a fight but outside of the media circus he seems like a fairly normal guy, see his talk for what it is.

Haye won clearly and is the deserved champion. Valuev was tryng to take Haye's head off(the most punches he has ever thrown), everyone knows Valuev went easy on Holy because he was afraid of hurting him. I've said before, anyone who thinks Valuev won is clueless or bias.

Really though was it that clear of a victory? Holy looked just as good as Haye nothing impressive to be honest. After watching that fight I think his one chance at beating Vitali diminished even more, but hey it rose his stock and nowadays thats all that matters.

QUOTE "The conternder has to do more than the champ = fail"

The contender (one r) has to win the fight - he did, in most people eyes comfortably if not exactly in an exciting fashion.

I hate that BS that a challenger has to "RIP" the title from a challenger - usually repeated ad nauseam by fans of a champion outsmarted.

Didn't Mikkel Kessler say he would KO Calzaghe?

Oh that's right he had a broken right hand, which explains how he was comfortably outmanouvered by a superior fighter and that the only meaningful punches he landed were right hands. I'm not gr8 with the old sums but my calculator keeps weeping when I try to put that through.

The point is fighters say a lot of things in the build up - the only thing that matters is the result.

    Oh ****ing shut up already.

IF YOU'RE BOXING ON THE BACKFOOT IT DOES NOT MEAN YOU ARE ****ING RUNNING. How many goddamn times? Does Floyd run? Does Khan run? Does Cotto run? No, they box when going back, Ali ****ing did it and no-one was whining about him running. David Haye was not negative, he wanted to fight, he had a gameplan, and he stuck to it. He didn't clinch once nor did he complain, what the **** do you want from him? To stand and trade infront of a 7 foot beast?

**** sake, people are so stupid on this forum.

Haye said he´d deliver a KO = Almost did. Watch the 12th. Closer than anyone else has got

Haye ran the whole fight = So he should not use his natural advantages in skill and speed. Instead of making Valuev miss with good head and lateral movement while having his hands down by his waste, he should just go out swinging.

Haye threw about 10 punches per round = So landed probably 9 more than Valuev

The conternder has to do more than the champ = Landed more than Valuev as well as the more damaging shots

Haye had 1 (in words ONE) impressive round = 1 more than Valuev then

If you run your mouth and you fail to deliver then you´re a fail = YOU

funny thing that Serenata said all the truth but still all you idiots can deny it. i'll tell it just one last time cause this is really pointless when i see your comments. Haye did nothing impressive to give him title, valuev attacked and landed more shots than haye (don't deny, you should finally watch this fight). who gives a **** that he was injured (if so), you don't get the title for beeing injured, you get for what you do in the ring
