Yeah he's workrate is good...but his chin and technique aren't. So good workrate but with a much lower skill set and questionable chin coupled with by his own words - a one trick pony who only knows one way to fight.....I see him taking a nap inside 4. This is boxing tho and you can never say never. But so far despite following him as a fan albeit a skeptical one I'm concerned that at top level he's going to be like David Price...ie found wanting. I'd still take Price over Fury anyday.
:huh You would, any day, after seeing Price vs TTx2? Fury may lose to Haye, but he would last longer, much longer vs TT than Price did. It wouldn't surprise me if Fury UD over TT.
Very true. Fury is everything that Valuev is with better offense. That is a lot of man to have leaning on you for 10-12 rounds.
Absolutely I would and here's why....watch the Fury vs Cunningham fight and you see what Steve did in round two to Tyson...now I think TT is BETTER than Cunningham by miles and hits a damn sight harder. If Fury fought TT I'd expect him to suffer stoppage losses to him twice on the trot to as Price did. He is proven world class, durable and has a decent punch. Light handed cruiserweights have Fury in all kinds of trouble. Haye will KO him after the first clean right hand lands. TT would do the same with his money punch to. Fury is not in their class. Fury wouldn't ever have the balls Price did to fight such a live opponent and its because the money wouldn't pay enough to test his china. So the Haye fight is him cashing his 0 in for a couple of million. I'm sure this fight nets him more than he'd get with Wlad as a voluntary challenger..heck even a mandatory.
Fair points. So in Fury v Price you must think Price will land some big shots and take out Fury before Fury can get to Price. Fury has shown better stamina and maybe better punch resistance than Price. The only edge Price seems to have - and it is a big one - is more power. Would be entertaining while it lasted
Haye was knocked out by a cruiserweight. I give Fury an excellent chance to knock Fury out, probably late.
There a distinct possibility of such an outcome, that's for sure. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wdFP-R_LYSM
Oh I give Fury a great chance of knocking himself out. Would certainly pay good money to see that. :rofl
Fury has a better chance of knocking himself out than Haye. But then again that video shows Fury taking a flush power shot without flinching maybe his chin is better then we thought? :yikes :rofl
You're saying all of this but David Haye was dropped by Longela Mock, a super middle weight gatekeeper, he still beat Macrinelli though didn't he.
