Haye would beat Vitali by DQ

I honestly would be surprised if Haye signs to fight Vitali. I really don't think Vitali would care too much about winning or losing, he would just be concerned with punishing haye. He said he wants to send him to the ground? I think he wants to PUT him in the ground.

Vitali has shown before that he is not concerned too much about numbers, he knows himself if he won or lost the fight (quitting against Byrd), but admittedly, it took him awhile to get over the Lewis loss (I feel if he had hurt Lewis more, he wouldn't have cared as much about the early stoppage). If he hurts haye, or rather when he hurts haye, he won't stop. I can see a brawl in the ring with Booth freaking out, the ref knocked to the ground, and Vitali brutalising Haye until a number of people pull him off the guy. Vitali won't care about the L on his record. I really think the man, unlike his brother, would just want to hurt haye to the point of crippling him.

I wonder if Vitali loses by DQ, but disables haye, if that will hurt his legacy or not. Kinda like Golota and Bowe. We all know Golota 'won' both fights even though he technically lost. But he ruined Bowes career, and thus paved the way for guys like Vitali and Wlad to rise to prominence.

    You're a funny guy!!

Look, If Vitali hates Haye so much, how about big Vitali going round to his house and giving him a good old fashioned beating?

Sure he will have to do some jail time, but you have to take the pleasure with the pain.

    :D

I bet if someone paid him a few million, he would! But I really can see Vitali going nuts in the ring, expecially if it's his last fight. He won't do that against Adamek, unless the both have an unspoken agreement to try and replicate Gatti / Ward (wouldn't that be something!!!). But with haye, in a fairwell fight, and David doing laps of the ring, Vitali won't be as patient as his little brother, and will grab Haye and start laying the beats, behind the head, low, backhands, thumbs, anything to maim him.

lol maybe he will go ufc on Haye's ass?

Honestly, If Haye fights like he usually does against bigger men it may prove to be a frustrating fight.

Vitali will take a lot of punches in this one. Ever since his return and his defense isn't like it used to be, he will be open to punches but he will take them well. I don't expect Haye to handle his power though unless Haye comes to move around and throw nothing just to last the distance then blame it on a broken tooth this time.

I don't care much for the ground and pound they do in UFC, but that would be awesome if Vitali just said 'screw it david, im gonna hammer fist you until you go through the mat!'. I think the fact that Haye will frustrate Vitali will lead to the octopus-like mauling. I bet they get the smallest ring allowed for a heavyweight fight!

Actually I think the ring used for the Haye/Wlad fight was the smallest allowed. They said so on sky sports.

Who knows, I don't care to see this fight or to ever see Haye in a ring again. It's differnt from a U.K perspective, we had to deal with Haye being plastered all over our newspapers and watch him on chat shows.

We got the total hype show.

I love this scenario, and this is why i love Vitali! I want Vitali to bring a rusty chainsaw into the ring, stab Haye in the chest with it, and then start the chainsaw, making Hayes guts fly all over him. As Vitali is covered in blood smiling with fire and death in his eyes, the ref waves off the fight not bothering to count...

People on here seem to have Vitali Klitschko pigeoned as some sort of maniac. He's got a hard edge for sure, but I think he comes across as a decent sort of bloke who almost always shows respect for his opponents (even Safetypin Johnson - though that took him a minute, which was fair enough). He is definitely too smart to do something akin to the scenario above - he's running for mayor of Kiev after all!

Youd think that the mayor of a city like Kiev would need to be pretty damn tough. You couldnt have a guy like ***** running it. And I think with Vitali, one would have to EARN his respect, something Haye is incapable of doing. I really think he would enjoy beating the hell out of him!
