Groves and Booth have been the ones asking for Degale for a long time so they should have accepted Warren's offer. Effectivly, they backed out.

The only way anyone backs out is if something is signed and agreed on paper, then someone pulls out.

Rob, you and many others know nothing about contracts. I don't have the insane dislike for Warren that many seem to, but the instant that 48 hours thing came up, it was clearly marketing. He won't risk Degale just yet. Same as Booth wouldn't risk Groves. They're both still learning.

 

It's a little frustrating i understand.
But Hayemaker have countered with a better offer for the fight to take place on one of our dates.
It's been refused as FW wants the fight to take place on his show, quite understandable.
But it's also understandable that we want the fight on our show and are willing to pay for it.
Boxing is a business and i get that sometimes it pisses fans off, but both promoters have to work in their interests.
Both have Sky deals and need to service those deals.
I don't think anyone is 'ducking' it's just all about getting to the point where it works for everyone.
If FW offers the right money, i'm sure we won't have a problem in making the fight for one of his shows. But please,Rob, don't try guessing you know what boxer's earn when in this case i know you don't.
