Haye's Camp Squabbled over Refs and Ended Up With That Guy?

    First off - they had their trunks up to their tits welllll before the first round instructions and the ref did nothing to fix it.

    - second, he decides to fix the shorts on a whim, without calling time, letting seconds tick by in the fight.

    - he is RIGHT UP there with both of these guys, basically giving no room to fight, and every time a clinch occurs the ref takes 2 or 3 seconds to warn fighter A: - "No holding"

    - He stops the 3rd round with 10 seconds left after a heated exchange because he hears the 10 second clap :lol: and he was just itching to get involved

    - Stoppage was quick. Chisora got put down the second time, beat the count, put up his gloves, nodded his head "yes" and the ref waves it off even though the round is over.

    listen, Chisora didnt complain thats the main sign a fighters beaten and you need some ***** you emotional guy lol, stop cryin over a loss there has been worse robberies and stoppages man up

    I had Haye by stoppage, but I wanted a clean stoppage. That ref was awful.

    to be fair the stoppage was british as all **** and any fighter after a fight usually gets medical attention. so what?

    Did he need to touch his toes for you as well?

    he just didn't want micky vann.

    he said it was cos he was a very little fella & at 67 getting on a bit.

    which is fair enough.

    i suspect the real reason is that he didn't want a ref who allows endless mauling...like micky vann has proved to be. he wanted a strict ref who wanted the fight to be on the outside. & it seems he got that. but that's speculation.

    i don't recall any other "squabbling" over refs.
