most times that would be correct,,, amir khan though is a different beast altogether...jabs wobble him
Poor quality, but the shot does not appear to land. If it did, then it's not a hurtful KD, merely a case of Haye being caught off balance.
A ****ing left hook if I ever seen one :rofl:rofl:rofl:rofl:rofl:rofl:rofl:rofl:rofl:rofl:rofl:rofl:rofl Only in europe. How did he slip if he had both feet planted and did not move...lol. Its not like he was moving. he was squared up but thats his fault. He fell b/c of the punch that did not land flush but knocked him down. ****ING KNOCKDOWN>
Definetely. Haye would have gotten up. (Which he did) But it was legit. It wasn't a slip. No matter what though. Haye is THE most exciting heavyweight. Win or lose, he's going to gain a huge fan base.
From the video footage it looked like a balance shot and a legit KD but i saw a slow motion GIF and it looked as though the punch didn't even touch his head. Either way thats a stupid comparison because Calzaghe was moving forwards and Hopkins landed a huge right hand sending him in the opposite direction of his body motion.
He put so much into one of them it knocked him off balance and he fell over. I don't think there was any love loss between them before the fight (seriously), and he really did want to take Hayes head off.
I'd have to see it from another angle. My feeling is that he was dodging backwards to avoid the punch and lost his balance from there, but of course, even if it made only the slightest connection it was a legitimate KD, despite the force of the punch only playing a minor part. What is clear is that Haye certainly wasn't hurt and great intellect Monte ****ed it up immediately by hitting him on the floor.
I had a random dream several months ago that Haye quite literally had his head punched clean off when making the step up to HW. I was a bit worried tonight for a moment.
Don't lie. This is what you seen in the UK, round 4 and 5. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3KQn_2faCbk I watched it too on Setanta. It was a legit knockdown. Although small and didn't have any bearing on the fact that Haye demolished him.
