You know you just described a knockdown right. :rofl :patsch. That is a legal knockdown. The punch does not have to land flush on the chin. What made Haye lose his balance???????:rofl Oh, that shot that just caught him on the head..

Even if the punch connected, Haye was already off balance and going down. The knock down has nothing to do with his chin being good or bad. What I missed on these threads is the comments on how amateurish Barret looked. I can't believe he was loading up on his punches so much. It was just embarassing watching it sometimes. When you think this guy challenge twice or even three times for the belt, you may give right to the people who thinks HW are pathetic. Haye was impressive tonight. He did what he was supposed to do and did it in a spectacular fashion. Let him fight somebody from the top ten before moving for the Ks.

Haye did put himself in an awkward position tough. If Barrett would have any precision in his punches we wouldn´t debate whether it was a slip or a kd...
A better fighter hits him flush there...

i don't know if Haye's slip was scored a knockdown but his footwork wasnt up to scratch.

please reply to me notifying me if it was an official knockdown.

If Haye slips in a fight with any of the Klitschko's they will make sure they land a punch forcing it to be ruled a knockdown and might win the fight if Haye can't knock them out!

Haye wasn`t knocked down like some dicks on here are saying.Monte couldn`t hardly land a punch on him from what i saw, he was too busy being desparate to land something good.Apart from running into the ring trying to hop over landing flat on his boatrace(face) like a clown i didn`t see many class punches from him.He said himself he was desparate to win and looked it.But Haye against the champions, well we`ll see about that.

    :patsch

Lmfao at any mug that thought it was a kd.

Haye destroyed Barrett and was never hurt by Monte at any point.

    Get over it :bbb

Slip or weak KD makes little difference. A clear win by DH. But so what? Most thought Haye would win - I did. He beat a former fringe contender past his prime. Big f'in deal. I don't always agree w/Zakman, but do here. Monte was wild in there, didn't give a good performance. And if anyone says I "hate" DH -I've said many times that he might make some noise in the HW div.

Let's see DH in there w/some live top 10 HWs. If he continues winning, then he'll deserve a shot at one of the belts. Oh, pages ago someone said the K bros are slow  Yet they seem fast enough to get the job done almost every time :yep Besides K bros, I think Peter could stop Haye late - maybe others too.
