I was never fan of Haye(mostly because of his loud mouth) but I thought he did really well in this fight.
Initially I thought he will have a good test, but turns out Barrett was hardly a test.
Now I really don't understand why with all his talents he was hidding in Cruserweight division? He should fought at heavyweights long time ago, he would make much more money that way.

Richis Davies is a class act. He always gives afighter every chance, and always has a kind word for the lsoer at the end of the contest. Top man.

Does that include the one Barrett caught him absolutely flush with whilst Haye was defenceless and on the floor? Taking into account of course that less than 30 secs later Haye was up and Barrettt was a crumpled heap in the corner

Peter beat James Toney a master boxer twice, hell he outboxed him, was quicker than him, danced like Ali in the 12th :)

i thought it was a slip when watching it live, however that clip shows it was clearly a flash knockdown - partly to do with balance.

should have been counted as a knockdown!

haye wasn't in the slightest bit hurt however and got up and destroyed barrett!

Monte Barret is shot. He got lucky against that bum Tye Fields. He was totally destroyed by Nikolay Valuev who recently goes the distance with pretty much everybody. He got knocked out by Cliff Couser :!:

There is plenty of Heavyweight that could test Haye. Sam Peter, Chagaev, Gomez, Povetkin, Brewster, Ibragimov. Even Eddie Chambers, Tony Thomson, Ray Austin, Jameel Mccline, James Toney.

Same with Jeff Lacy - Jermain Taylor. The punch landed first then he slipped. Should have been a KD

That is the most pathetic "knockdown" I've ever seen. :-(
That you are using it as the sole reason on which to make your argument is amusing.

Haye had no chin in the unpaid ranks,it aint improved any since.Ive just watched the fight,Haye has next to NO chance against either Wlad or Vitali. He will get beat up for a couple rounds before getting blasted out in a nasty fashion.

Allso anyone else notice the headbut to Monties jaw at 2.44 of the third round, that was what put him down and really hurt him.It was an accidental butt but it happened non the less.Montie allso looked old and shot to hell to me.

Mate he only gets tapped on the whiskers and he's over, look at his fights in the past as an amature and pro.You cannot ell me that Montie dident look shot to **** either, just look at the punches he threw, wide wild swinging shots, certain sign that a fighters timining has gone.
