Ok. So I lied i read the whole thing. So you want to say that he felt apart mentally in breswter fight?!! WHY ****ING WHY!&? He did a guys before that gave him much more troubles than brewster and needed more beating(lile Mercer), so what? He was Dead after FIRST ROUND. It not his mental toughness it his health what failed him that night.
I will not comment the **** that you wrote about Purrity fight becoz clearly you haven't seen it.
And on the Sanders comments i have a response question:
Why fraizer and norton could not tough that out agains forman? But some lame Ron Lyle did?

Against Brewster he did, he hit Brewster with everything but the kitchen sink, and didn't go away. Wlad lost becuse he got tired from all the early body shots he took from Brewster as wellas the fact he was 6'6 250 throwing all those power punches, of course it's going to take an effect on a fighter. Wlad lost that fight because he was not as tough as Brewster, that much we know.

Wlad fought Journeyman Corrie Sanders, not a top 10 ATG Heavyweight in George Froman, big difference Pony dont you think?

See this is what I dont get... you picked Sam against Wlad....gave Sam all the credit in the world...Sam will decapitate Wlad.... then Wlad wins...and instead of giving FULL credit for the win.... its always credit but with a shot... Wlad won BUT he looked fragile. What Wlad did in that fight was show the true heart of a champion...
If Wlad looked fragile and won... what did sam look like.

I also remember Peter/McCline fight.... Peter down 3 times just like Wlad... yet you called Sam... "He has the heart of a champion for getting up and pulling out the win"... so why doesnt Wlad?

I give Wlad credit for pulling out the victory, but he still looked fragile CHEF, even you must admit he looked scared at points during that fight, taking a knee, turning his back, and clinching excessively. Samuel showed alot of toughness, never going down in that fight and taking Wlads striaght rights and jabs like they were nothing, only the hook had him rocked. Though he did look sloppy and did not look all that skilled in this fight, though you must remember he was very green at the ripe age of 25, so you cant expect too much.

As far as McCline fight goes, it shocked me to see Peter look so fragile in this fight, but unlike Wlad he rarely clinched, and more times than not still wanted to go punch for punch with McCline even after he was knocked down 3 times in this fight. This was the one fight that I would like to forget about when talking about Peter, it was not a good showing for Sam.

Ali looked fragile vs. Cooper. Frazier looked fragile vs. Foreman and Bonavena. Louis looked a lil fragile vs. Schmeling. Need we go on? Everyone on earth is fragile in some areas. But Wlad Klitschko overcame adversities and is now the top of the foodchain, ain't he.

Maybe concerned with Peters power but "Fragile" i dont agree with.IMO... He is a much better fighter today then back then. That was only fight #3 under Steward. His confidence is sky high now. To still call him "fragile" or "has stamina problems" is old news IMO

Yeah, but Sanders, Purrity, and Brewster are not exactly on the same level as Schmeling or Foreman. I'm not saying you cant have a fragile moment in your career, but Wlad has had numerous fragile moments and has lost 3 times to lame competition by TKO, that can't just be erased.

Yes, but we haven't seen Wlad's toughness tested again since the Peter fight in 05, so neither one of us can really say for sure how Wlad is going to react.

Under Emanuel Steward, he has learned to pace himself alot better had as proved his stamina porblems of before are long gone IMO. And when it comes to his weak chin, Emanuel has helped him greatly, by giving him the jab and grab style he uses today. So anytime he feels like he's introuble or fear his oppenent migh land on him, he clinches, it may not be exciting, but it works for him. His chin has not been tested in a long time, maybe Haye can change that.:yep

    Brewster 2004 - gassed
    Sanders 2003 - Wlad says.."I underestimated him"
Purity 1998.. come on 11 years ago.. when wlad was 21 years old

Every fighter has losses... to define a guy that is 52-3 46KO's by his 3 losses is ridiculous
When talking to wlad about those losses, he says it was good for him... made him a better fighter.
