With my substantial experience, I feel it is every bit as valid as yours, and as Mr. Lewis has had no honest, tell-all biography, all we're doing is speculating. You are a sports fan, and a boxing fan. A win is a win, you are certainly quite right. Nobody is denying, not even my post, that the Lewis victory was totally legit. Lennox Lewis TKO6 Vitali Klitschko.

Here was my point, sir. A true fighter, a warrior, a man who has won the undisputed heavyweight championship of the world, who stood in front of some of the divisions bigger punchers and had the balls to throw his own bombs back, who boxed legends and never once looked intimidated or cowardly, wants to win a fight two ways. He wants to knock his opponent the **** out, spark him, leave him on the canvas with no doubt at all who the better fighter was. You're a big Haye fan, I'll guess, what David did to Enzo Mac is a perfect example. If he can't do that, Lennox the champion wants to dominate, and outskill a man so that the outcome cannot be questioned. He knew he couldn't simply crack David Tua, so he did the next best thing, and pasted him over 12. It was a great performance, one he should and is proud of.

Against Vitali, none of the above happened. The man who got rocked worse in that fight was Lennox. He was more hurt in round 2 than Vitali was in round 6. Thats a blow to his pride. He was not clearly winning, as a matter a fact, was clearly losing. OUCH. And his opponent, who was also fading and taking punishment, gets pulled out on a cut when he wanted nothing more than to keep fighting. A true fighter doesn't look at that and say "Thank god, a wins a win, I cut him and he got pulled out. I'm sure glad that ended then, who know's what would have happened!"

A true champion thinks, "I wish those goddamn cuts hadn't happened, so I could have taken my man into deep water and ****ing finished him!" To quote Lennox directly, "I wanted to hit him more!"

Thats a victory stolen, friend. Thats a controversy. There are people, whether you disagree or not, people who will taint that win till the end of time. They shouldn't, as it's legit, but that win was far from concrete, and Lennox was far from dominant. Imagine if Sugar Ray Leonard got pulled out of the Hearns fight with because of his eye? Both men would have felt cheated, because the war, the even pitched battle between the champion and his worthy challenge was cut short without a definitive ending. Any fight that ends with the winner collapsed on his stool feeling like he can't lift his arms and the challenger screaming at the doctor to let him fight, is going to leave a nasty taste in both camp's mouthes. These two men wanted to finish eachother, and a gory mess stole the epic round 7 we never got to see from both guys. Vitali chased a rematch, hell yes he did, he was winning the fight, didn't hit the canvas and was stop by a doctor. Id call him a coward if he didn't. Im also convinced the only reason Lennox didnt and won't give him one is because Vitali was younger, closer to his prime, and Lennox was leaving his more every day. He made a good, honorable decision.

Try showing more respect in future posts. Im in a benevolent mood, I could have typed fail, but I'd like to have a civil discussion with you about these points. Everybody gives Vitali the warriors credit for LOSING that way, but I feel that nobody has explored how the champion would feel, how it felt to Lennox to WIN that way. I think it'd rile any one of us, truth be told, and I'd dislike Vitali too. His damn fragile face stole a knockout win from me, and forced me to retire from this sport by exposing how faded I had truly become. **** him. I wan't to see him hit the canvas, right where I would have put his ass in round 7. Being behind on the cards doesnt matter if I knock my man the **** out. Atleast, I think that would be my personal thoughts on a similar matter.

And Latif, Lennox has the cajones of a bull. Would you want to meet your peaking challenger when your body has aged, worn, and started to not work the way you want it too? Would you want to gift wrap him a victory over you? I disagree with the end of your post, but do appreciate the support, and am humbled by it. Thanks mate!

Let's face it Lewis is a homo..........

Now, Haye is a young buck who ain't bad looking, who has a nice body and Lewis see's him as a fine piece off arse........

I imagine when they spar Lewis will come out with all sort's off **** to satisfie his pervesions like, "get in close, vitili can't fight here"; and he'll do things like touch his groan and say "hit him here" ;and when Haye showers Lweis will insist they do it together, for "team bonding"
