Hayfever

    Who else has it and how do you feel it affects your performance?

    Personally I generally feel quite tight chested when mine kicks in and I feel I get out of breath quicker
     
  2. i have hayfever and i dont feel it affects me during exercise at all

    I feel like I can't breathe half as well as usual..Guess it just depends on which areas the hayfever affects you

    Not sure if i've got havfever or what but i seem to be sniffing and sneezing a lot today... personally all i do when i feel **** is make sure i eat proper, have some cod liver oil, pickled onions, garlic (not at the same time like...) and a good sleep
