    We already had this argument. The prison system nor Police Officers decide who is Black, White, Asian, etc. in America.

    I live in America I'm giving you the real and how it works here. I don't live in Ireland so I would never tell you how it is over there because I don't have a clue. Andre Ward lives in America like me and that is how it is over here, he's seen as Black by society here. It's not my fault that you can't seem to understand that concept. Let him be a suspect for a crime the description they will give is a Black man not a half Irish half Black.

    dude, just stop. i know blacks who live in england and ireland. just because they have a white parent doesn't mean they're considered white.... and in those countries, just like in america, you're either white or black. none of them irish people would know or care that andre ward has a white father...all they would see is a black man. irish are just as racist as any other nationality.

    Society as a whole here decided and Ward is seen as Black in his everyday life. If he was walking down the street in America and you asked people what he was they would say black. You already know this so I don't understand why you're trying to dispute it.

    This is such an epic fail on so many different levels:
    1. Al Haymon? This fight is literally being put on by Al's nemesis... are you for real?
    2. This is easily the WORST fight of the weekend so it will draw bad ratings and be viewed as a bomb.
    3. How is this Ward's fanbase? Solely because he is black?
    4. Ward is fighting a total nobody at a friggin catchweight...beyond ridiculous.

    they tryna diispute it because ward is a successful boxer and a great talent and they want to take credit and claim his sucdess as theirs. just like they try to claim obama because he's president of the US. if either obama or ward was just regular folks, they'd just be black.

    President Obama has a black father. Nobody is trying to 'claim' Ward he is boring as hell and scared to fight anyone. Everything in life isn't Black and White. Some people try and make it that way but it isn't.
