Negotiate what? Main Events is the one the one that requested mandatory. There was nothing to negotiate. There was no reason to ask to be mandatory if negotiations were going to happen. No Mandatory required for that.

Neither side is going to voluntarily put their fighter on a rival network. Haymon would be more than happy to do this fight on one of his networks. Main Events would be more than to happy to put the fight on their network.

The most money is obviously on the PBC side.

So why place the blame on Haymon but not Main Events and HBO?

I missed those when they were on, but those are good fighters, and I heard that Figueroa vs Burns was a good fight. Kameda is a good fighter, very well known in Japan, and so his loss to McDonnell was a huge upset. I'll definitely be checking both fights out if they are on the PBC website or online somewhere.

Fonfara was a good fight and a good opponent

Sorry I'm not impressed by 50 year old Hopkins and that terrible terrible fight

Lets not forget about Cedric Agnew and Blake Caparello last year as well. HBO:good

How did he know Main Events would duck the fight Duva had claimed she wanted for a year-plus? It was widely reported that Kovalev was a free agent after the Pascal fight. Further, the WBC announced a second later purse bid that Kovalev's team have also declared they won't be participating in.

    Broner-Porter is a solid fight.

Ive found more of the recent Haymon fights to be quite competitive.

    Quillin-Lee
    Peterson-Garcia
    Kameda-McDonnell
    Berto-Lopez

Were all close fought competitive fights. Porter-Broner looks solid too.

I dont think people can say hes given his fighters easy fights anymore.

I think it's clear now that 2014 was bad because he was saving his fights for his PBC cards.

Agreed. He built them up on Showtime and flaunts them on PBC.

You can't truly hate which that does not exist. Al Haymon is the Keyser Soze of boxing.
