    EPO, blood doping, and HGH are in question in the random blood tests. They require more than the expertise of a nutritionist.

    EPO requires blood work to monitor Hct levels. Dehydration and training in high altitudes also increases Hct levels.

    HGH no one has ever tested positive for and no conclusive scientific evidence to support it as a performance enhancer. It's often taken with a cocktail of other drugs including AAS.

    Blood doping requires blood transfusions - homologous is too dangerous, autologous less risks but requires knowledgeable people to do it.
