My opinion: Lopez has the POTENTIAL to beat Gamboa. But he needs to correct some mistakes. Gamboa has a lot more experience than his record suggest and could exploits those mistakes. Especially in the first few rounds.

Yea before I thought Lopez would beat Gamboa but Gamboa seems to have improved alot and sees shots coming better than before while JuanMa seems like something mental is holding him back. Like he gets annoyed or wrestless which is dangerous against a tough fighter.

    not a chance.

he isn't busy enough, once Gamboa gets you on the hook that's it.

Right now I see a very dangerous first 3 rounds for Lopez against Gamboa. Due to Yuriorkis speeds and Lopez lack of experience and mistakes not corrected. Past the first three would be a good fight if Lopez doesn;t get tired.

Only Lopez could dominate the fight and then KO his guy and hear a bunch of complaints about his performance. A year ago he could've done the same thing and the majority of the people would've slurped it up.

It's insane the "standards" that some people have on here.

I think you need to reverse that situation, I see gamboa's left cleaning Lopez's clock.

Lopez is slow and he gets sloppy the longer the fight goes and Gamboa is alot sharper than Lopez so Lopez needs to fix those *****s if he wants to survive the full 12.

It's not hype, Gamboa is dynamic, Lopez is pretty much a stationery target. Gamboa can be hit but I see him getting off and landing some humdingers real early. I cant see Lopez lasting the full 12, the longer the fight goes I will favour Gamboa everyday of the week

Keep in mind Lopez fought a 126lbs champion. Gamboa fought a 122 contender.
