read that HBO and GBP want Haye vs Ruiz are part of the Jones vs Hopkins PPV card.

They would show the Haye fight on tape delay along with 2 undercard fight from the MGM Grand (staying there on March 22nd gutted).

Hopefully we get Hopkins Jones card as part of the Haye PPV...

Ruiz/Haye is not PPV material on its own.

Is this part of the masterplan for Golden Boy to get Hopkins and Haye in the same ring in the later part of '10?

It definitely will be part of the plan. Much rather see that fight than Ruiz/Valuev return. Would get Haye more exposure than fighting anyone bar Klitschkos - though would be a bit of a no-win fight.

If he fought Ruiz and then Hopkins and then retired it would count against him but if he fights Hopkins and still goes onto beat the rest of the top heavies and fights the Klits I think the win would look decent. Hopkins will always be hard to beat and will probably want to justifyt his place in the fight.
