    I was picking Angulo to win. Last minute i put down some vcash on Kirkland. Too bad i missed it.

    I just showed my gf the entire HBO card and she is kicking herself for being "too sleepy" last night despite my insistence that she'd want to get up and watch this one...


    She is now a fan of Kirkland (and Wolfe). I figured she'd go in more for Kid Chocolate, since she's usually a fan of "prettier" boxers - but both Kirkland and Angulo did something last night that even the most casual of fans can appreciate. :clap:

    Like I said before (maybe in this thread) - it didn't have the skill level of any of the MAB-Morales or Vazquez-Marquez meetings, nor the back and forth drama of a Gatti-Ward...but this was up there as one of THE wars of the last decade.
