    I've been saying this for the longest, "If only Zab had Floyd's work ethic & Floyd had Zab's willingness to face anyone". I guess they would be totally different fighters then lol.

    Great fight, this thead a good read too :). The "black Golota" Peterson's career in some trouble now. Rios looked like a star. I'm not sure if he has enough skills to go really far though. Lets hope the main fight delivers now

    Salido leaps in with hooks and forces Gamboa to box on the outside and counterpunch a bit. A nice uppercut lands on the inside for Gamboa. There's a lot of cautious circling and darting in and out from both. A hard 1-2 from Gamboa has Salido dazed a bit. Gamboa lets him off easy but then swarms a minute later when Salido thinks it's safe and blasts him quickly from several angles. Salido feints with the lead right and continues to posture in front of Gamboa. Salido has a pair of body shots blocked.

    He isn't a nobody - he's a very high-level gatekeeper and the best Gamboa's faced so far.

    He upset Robert Guerrero who isn't an ATG in the making but is very, very good and was in his prime at the time.

    It would still be shocking if he won.

    Gamboa looking really nice, but he still squares himself up more than I'd like to see when he goes on the offensive.
