Technically, it looks like Gamboa is trying on a new suit but finds it so uncomfortable that he eventually chucks it and goes back to his T-shirt and jeans. He looked great in the first 3 rounds with his hands up and slipping, blocking and countering but felt uncomfortable with that style and went back to his old style and getting clipped more often as a result.
