    Round 3

Alvarado is pushing his jab out into Rios' face while circling to the left. Rios leans forward, forearms pinned together with his full upper body weight bearing down as he clambers up Alvarado's guard with heavy punches falling like hammers. Uppercuts to the body both ways. Alvarado tucks his chin and turns his shoulders further into the phonebooth, digging uppercuts to the chin. Big right hand by Rios, left hook. Triple jab to the mouth by Alvarado. Right hands traded. Uppercut and double left hook by Alvarado. Rios shovels a right hand into his chin. Slapping shots over the top by Rios, just hammering his way forward. Alvarado eats a few and chops with a short right hand to stand his ground. Left hook by Rios.

    VERY CLOSE!

    10-9 Alvarado

    30-27 Alvarado

It's getting brutal in there. Rios took that one imo, he did more damage overall.

Mikey putting in nice work at the beginning boxing. He has a nice jab when he uses it. Rios is only effective when Mike stands still. Good left by Rios, but Mike fires back. Mike appears to be the quicker fighter. One thing I notice is Mikey is steadily landing more body punches. Both guys are just throwing caution to the wind. Great fight. Rios round.

    29-28 Alvarado.
