    Alvarado is working uppercut combos to the ribs of Rios while luring him across the ring moving in reverse, and then plants a few short hard straights to the chin. Rios sweeps low at the body with both hands and gets clapped hard on the chin by an Alvarado right hand. Combination downstairs by Alvarado. BIG RIGHT HAND BY RIOS, and Alvarado is hurt. Another. Alvarado has to lean into him to stay upright. Alvarado digs the body. Alvarado rolls his shoulder and leans over while backing up, popping a jab out at Rios.

    Still an Alvarado round, but Rios almost stole it. Had he hurt Alvarado about a minute earlier...

    Outstanding fight. I just barely gave it to Rios who was losing the round, then had Alvarado in some trouble at the end, almost dropping him with a huge right.
