    This is the classic example why Nonito can't get knockouts. The fighter he faces are too afraid to throw. They try to survive, not win.

    Nishioka is covering up, pawing out with his right jab, and flinching back behind his guard against as Donaire counters with left hooks and lunging straight rights. The crowd is catcalling and expressing their displeasure with the strategic nature of the match so far, which is only being exacerbated here by Nishioka's unwillingness to engage on any level other than a quick body shot peeping out of his shell. Donaire is throwing light combos up on his toes, just trying to touch Nishioka. All defense by Nishioka, but for an odd right jab here and there which gets him tapped with a counter left hook to the body as Donaire rushes in.
